Scampi with Garlic

1 1/2 lbs. large shrimp, shelled and deveined 2 T. oil 2 T. butter 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 2 T. chopped fresh chopped flat Italian parsley 1/4 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper Lemon wedges

In large skillet, heat oil; add shrimp and stir fry 3 minutes or until they turn pink. Add butter, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and cook, stirring, 3 to 5 minutes more. Serve at once with lemon wedges. Serves 6 to 8 Source: My Old Recipes
