  1. Cut scallops in half.
  2. Dry on paper towels, then dust lightly with flour.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet, add garlic and mix.
  4. Add scallops and sauté until they are lightly brown.
  5. Stir in tomatoes, parsley and lemon juice.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
