  1. In a heavy-based skillet, gently fry the onion until it turns opaque.
  2. Add the garlic and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Cook bacon until it just turns a gentle brown. Don't over cook.
  4. Return all ingredients to pan & heat through.
