Delicious with any red meats. It is just as good served on hot toast. ENJOY!!!

Ingredients Edit

• 500 grams bacon pieces
• 8 tomatoes chopped
• 1 onion, peeled and chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tbsp light oil for frying

Directions Edit

1. In a heavy-based skillet, gently fry the onion until it turns opaque.
2. Add the garlic and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Cook bacon until it just turns a gentle brown. Don't over cook.
4. Return all ingredients to pan & heat through.
