Savory Scrambled Eggs

2 T. margarine 6 eggs, beaten 1/3 cup milk Salt Pepper 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, cubed

Melt margarine in skillet over low heat. Add mixed eggs, milk and seasonings. Cook slowly stirring until eggs begin to thicken. Add cream cheese. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally until cream cheese is melted and eggs are cooked. Serve with toast and sprinkle with paprika if desired. Serves 4 Source: My Old Recipes
