  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brush pork tenderloin with Dijon mustard.
  3. Combine rosemary, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Roll brushed tenderloin in seasonings.
  5. Place into roasting pan on rack.
  6. Roast 30 minutes or until done.
  7. Remove from oven, let rest 5 minutes before carving.
  8. Thinly slice.
