- 1 (1000 g) lobster
- 200 ml chicken stock
- 3 tbsp mashed garlic
- 100 g soft cheese
- 50 g butter

Directions[]
- Wash lobster and drain dry, chop into large pieces.
- Dust lobster with some corn flour, deep fry for a while, drain and dish up.
- Heat wok with butter, add on mashed garlic and cheese.
- Pour in chicken stock and seasoning, cook until boiled.
- Add in lobster, stir cook until cooked, dish up with sauce and serve.
