- 1/4 c Grated Onion
- 1/4 c Prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 6 lg Buns or Onion Rolls
Shaved Cooked Ham
Cream Together butter, Onion, mustard & poppy seeds. Spread on Both Sides of Buns. Put on Ham & Cheese. Wrap in Foil & Heat 15 min in Heated 350?f Oven.

Topping: 1/2 c butter
- 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 3 Fresh peaches, Sliced
- 3 Tbsp peach Schnapps
Sandwich:
- 16 Slices Italian bread, Cut ?? Thick
- 8 Slices Ham
- 8 Slices Muenster Cheese
- 3 lg eggs
- 1/2 c peach Schnapps
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp butter, Divided
Prepare Topping: in Med Skillet, Melt butter, Sitr in sugar. Add peaches; Simmer 3-4 min, Intil peaches Are Just Tender. Stir in Schnapps. Simmer 1 min. Prepare Sandwich: Prepare Each Sandwich Using 2 Slices bread, 1 Slice Ham & 1 Slice Cheese. in Med Bowl, Beat eggs With Schnapps, milk & salt. Soak Each Sandwich in egg Mixture Until bread is Saturated. in lg Skillet, Melt 2 Tbsp butter; Saut? Sandwiches Over Med Heat About 4 min on Each Side or Until Golden Brown. Remove to Heated Platter. Melt Remaining butter & Repeat With Remaining Sandwiches. Serve With Prepared Topping.

- 2 lb Ground Beef, Cooked, Drained
- 1 lg Onion, Chopped
- 1 Med Green bell pepper, Chopped
- 2 c ketchup
- 1 c Barbecue Sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp Each vinegar & worcestershire sauce, Optional
- 1 Tbsp Prepared mustard
Buns or Rolls
Open Slow Cooker Liner & Place Inside 5-6-Qt Slow Cooker Bowl. Place Beef, Onion & bell pepper in Lined-Slow Cooker in Even Layer. Combine Remaining Ingredients in Med Bowl. Pour Over Beef & Vegetables. Place Lid on Slow Cooker. Cook on Low 7-8 hr or on High 4-5 Hr, Until Vegetables Are Tender. Carefully Remove Lit to Allow Steam to Escape. Gently Stir Not-so-Sloppy Joes; Serve Directly From Lined-Slow Cooker. do Not Lift or Transport Liner With Food Inside. Cool Slow Cooker Completely; Remove Liner & Toss.

- 1/3 c Honey
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, Minced
- 4 Kaiser Rolls
- 4 lettuce Leaves
- 4 tomato Slices
Honey Sauce:
- 4 Tbsp Honey
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Heat Grill. Cut Chicken Breasts in 1/2; Pound to 1/4? Thickness. Mix Honey, lemon juice & garlic in Shallow Baking Dish. Reserve About 1/3 of Marinade. Add Chicken to Baking Dish; Turn to Coat. Discard Marinade in Dish. Grill Chicken, Basting With Reserved Marinade, 5 min Per Side. to Prepare Honey Sauce, Blend Honey & Mayonnaise in sm Bowl. Combine Well. Split Rolls Into Halves. Top 4 Bottom Halves With lettuce, tomato & Chicken. Drizzle Honey Sauce Over Chicken; Place Tops on Chicken. Serve Immediately.
