Sam Choy's Hibachi Miso Chicken with Peanut Butter

5 lbs. Boneless chicken thighs

Marinade: 1/2 cup miso 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup Aloha Shoyu (Soy sauce - Aloha is the brand) 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup beer 1 tablespoon minced garlic

1. Combine marinade ingredients and marinate chicken overnight in refrigerator.

2. Grill or hibachi chicken for 35 minutes, or dice, skewer and grill.
