  1. Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika on both sides
  2. Let sit for ten minutes
  3. While sitting,season panko crumbs on a separate bowl with salt and paprika to taste
  4. Place salmon (skin side down) on a greased baking dish and sprinkle the top with seasoned panko crumbs
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until salmon is flaky, drizzle with lemon juice if desired
