SPECIAL K BARS
1/2 c. light Karo syrup 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. peanut butter 3 c. Special K
Mix Karo syrup, sugar and peanut butter in a large saucepan. Heat until boiling around the edges. Mix in Special K. Put in lightly buttered 9 x 9 inch pan and press until flat. Cool.
SPECIAL K BAR CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
3 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2-3 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Mix all together and beat until smooth. Spread on cooled Special K bars.
Peanut butter frosting: Substitute 1/4 cup peanut butter instead of cocoa.
