The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) is an international organization dedicated to researching and re-creating the arts and skills of pre-17th-century Europe. Our "Known World" consists of 19 kingdoms, with over 30,000 members residing in countries around the world. Members, dressed in clothing of the Middle Ages and Renaissance, attend events which may feature tournaments, arts exhibits, classes, workshops, dancing, feasts, and more.

Everyone enjoys a well-served feast. For many years Laurels who specialize in feasts and period culinary research have delighted the masses of SCAdians around the world with their talents. In this special section of our website, we would like to ask those Laurels to come out and give us an idea of how they work their magic. Service households who work as a unit to serve the masses and royals are more than welcome to help as well.
This is a new section that is currently being administrated by Cristina inghean Ruairc, so if you would like to join in, please e-mail her at: firstname.lastname@example.org
The way this section will be divided will break down like this (unless there are better ideas):
- SCA - France - 800
- SCA - Ireland - 1200
- SCA - Ireland - 1100
- SCA - Romania - 1300
And so on.
