  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Fill with milk.
  3. Roll out very thin and cut into strips.
  4. Cut again so that pieces are 1 inch long by 3 inches wide.
  5. Cut a slit in the middle and pull one end through to knot it.
  6. Fry in deep hot oil.
