Nuts (pistachios or pecans) roasted with a mixture of mace, cinnamon, sugar and salt.

  • 10 servings 2½ cups
  • 10 minutes 5 mins prep

  1. In a large skillet, heat the nuts over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden borwn (5 minutes).
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, add the mixture to the nuts, and mix well to coat.
  3. Let dry on a baking sheet (can be dried by roasting in oven to speed up process).
