Nuts (pistachios or pecans) roasted with a mixture of mace, cinnamon, sugar and salt.

- 2½ cups pistachios, shelled or pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground mace
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- In a large skillet, heat the nuts over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden borwn (5 minutes).
- In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, add the mixture to the nuts, and mix well to coat.
- Let dry on a baking sheet (can be dried by roasting in oven to speed up process).
