- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- salt to taste
- ½ tbsp cooking oil
- In a bowl, beat yoghurt, water and salt, until smooth.
- Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds and chili powder. Saute for a few seconds till it starts to sizzle, and add into the youghurt.
- Stir slightly and serve immediately.
