This recipe was taken from Cathy's Menu and recipes for the week of 2/11/07

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a square baking dish.
  3. Stir in Bisquick, milk, mustard and egg until blended.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the baking dish.
  5. Top with half of the roast beef and ¾ of the shredded cheese.
  6. Top with remaining roast beef.
  7. Pour remaining batter over roast beef.
  8. Bake uncovered for 45 – 50 minutes or until golden brown and center is set.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and pepper.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
