- 1 Cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 Cup milk
- 2 Sprigs Italian parsley, Snipped
- 1 T. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Put Ricotta, milk, parsley And Italian seasoning in Small Pan Over Medium Heat. Stir Often With Wooden Spoon. When Well Mixed And Hot, Stir in Parmesan cheese And pepper to Taste. Continue to Heat And Stir Until Parmesan is Melted. Serve at Once.Source: my Old Recipes
