Ingredients[]
- ½ cup red pepper, cut into strips
- ½ cup green pepper, cut into strips
- ½ cup yellow pepper, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2 cups cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Directions[]
- Cook red peppers, green peppers and yellow peppers in butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until tender crisp.
- Add rice, parsley and pepper sauce; stir until thoroughly heated.
