- 1 cup vegetables
- 2 cups of rice
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 sticks of cinnamon
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 cubes of maggi
- Rinse the rice until the water runs clear, then cover the washed rice with water and set aside.
- Then mix some water, cinnamon, vegetables, oil, maggi cubes together in a pot let it boil for 10 minutes.
- After it boils, pour off the water from the rice and put the clean rice to the boiling water and let that cook another 10 minutes. If the water is evaporates too quickly turn the stove to lower temperature.
