- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Bacon drippings
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 3/4 pound crab meat (thawed, if frozen)
- 4 slices crisp-cooked Bacon, crumbled

- Cook celery, Onion and garlic in drippings in large skillet 5 minutes. Add rice and crab meat; heat thoroughly. Serve sprinkled with Bacon.
