Rice with Chicken Liver

  1. Wash the rice and cook in plenty of stock.
  2. Melt margerine and fry the onions until light brown.
  3. Add chopped Chicken liver and fry.
  4. Add bay leaf and salt and pepper and carry on cooking the liver on low heat.
  5. When rice is cooked strain and add the liver Cheese and seasoning and serve.
