  1. Combine first six ingredients with a fork until crumbly.
  2. Press into a greased 9x13" baking pan. Combine filling ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour over crust.
  5. Bake at 350°F. for 50 – 60 minutes.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
  7. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating well.
  8. Spread over hot filling.
  9. Return to the oven for 10 – 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
