  1. Combine rhubarb & 2 Tbls. of flour; place in greased 8-in. square pan.
  2. Sprinkle with Raisins.
  3. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, & salt; sprinkle over Raisins.
  4. Combine Oats & remaining flour; cut in butter until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle over top.
  6. Bake at 375 deg. F for 40–45 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
