  1. Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter until crumbly.
  2. Press 1/2 into greased 9" square pan.
  3. Add rhubarb.
  4. Beat egg.
  5. Blend Sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter.
  6. Add beaten egg, beat until smooth.
  7. Pour over rhubarb.
  8. Top with other half crumb mixture, press mixture down lightly.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 20–25 minutes.
