Makes 2 Cups

Ingredients Edit

  • 3 avocados
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tbs lime juice
  • 2 tbs chopped cilantro
  • ¼ tsp each salt and hot pepper sauce

Directions Edit

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits.
  2. Scoop out flesh in a bowl, mash avocado flesh.
  3. Stir in onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt and hot pepper sauce.
  4. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface and refrigerate until ready to use.
