1. Sort and wash beans under running water.
  2. Put them into a saucepan and boil on a medium flame.
  3. And some water several times to prevent the beans from burning.
  4. When the beans are ready, pour the juice off into another bowl.
  5. Pound the walnuts and then garlic, fresh coriander, celery, and savory together.
  6. Add the dry coriander and spices, then dilute with the bean juice.
  7. Put this mix into the saucepan with the beans and carefully mix with a spoon.
  8. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds for garnish.
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
