Ingredients[]
- 1 small box raspberry jello
- 1 envelope Knox gelatin
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup half and half cream
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped, (optional)
- 1 small box raspberry jello
- 1 cup hot water (boiling)
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
Directions[]
First layer[]
- Dissolve raspberry jello in 1 cup boiling water, add 1 cup cold water, stirring well.
- Pour into large mold or bowl, refrigerate until jello is set.
Second layer[]
- Dissolve gelatin in ½ cup cold water.
- Heat half and half and 1 cup sugar.
- Mix in plain gelatin; add vanilla and cream cheese.
- Blend well with electric mixer.
- While warm add the walnuts.
- Pour over first layer and let set.
Third layer[]
- Mix other box raspberry jello, boiling water, and the can of blueberry pie filling.
- Cool and pour over second layer.
- Refrigerate until set or firm, then unmold.
- Serve with whipped cream if you like.
