4 cups raspberries 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup water, divided 1/4 cup orange juice 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin Orange peel for garnish
Combine raspberries, sugar and 3/4 cup of water in a blender. Mix until smooth, pour into a pan. Over low heat, cook for 5 minutes, then allow to cool. Combine gelatin with remaining water until thoroughly dissolved Add gelatin to raspberry mixture, pour in a 4 cup container and freeze 2 hours. Mixture should still be soft, not frozen solid. Beat mixture well and return to freezer until firm. When ready to serve, divide into dessert dishes and garnish with an orange peel twist. Source: Unknown
