I got this recipe from another group and it was posted by jensrecipenook. It is a WW recipe. It is very refreshing and delicious.
Raspberry-Peach Smoothie 2 points 1 serving
6 ounces plain fat-free yogurt 1 medium peach, sliced*, (about 1/2 cup) 1/2 cup raspberries* 1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon McNeil Nutritionals Splenda, or to taste.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
- NOTES: You can also use frozen, unsweetened peaches and raspberries
instead of fresh fruit. For a thicker smoothie, add 1/4 cup of ice cubes before blending.
