Ramos Gin Fizz

1 cup crushed ice 1/2 cup milk, light cream or half and half 3 oz. gin (6 T) 2 T. simple syrup (recipe follows) 4 t. lemon juice 4 drops orange flower water 1 cup carbonated water, chilled

Combine ice, milk, gin, syrup, lemon juice and flower water in a blender container. cover and blend until frothy. Pour into four large glasses. Stir 1/4 cup carbonated water into each glass. Serves 4 Simple Syrup: Stir 1/2 cup boiling water into 1/2 cup sugar until sugar dissolves. Chill well. Store in the refrigerator. Source: Unknown
