In Romanian: Prepelite cu smantana
Ingredients[]
- 6 quails
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon flour
- salt
Directions[]
- Wash and halve the quails lengthwise.
- Cover and let sit for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Then fry with the butter.
- Then pour the sour cream which was well mixed with the flour, add 1 – 2 tablespoons of water, salt, cover and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Serve with warm polenta.
