8 oz. sweet chocolate 2/3 c. milk 4 tbsp. sugar 6 oz. cream cheese (or 8 oz.) 16 oz. whipped topping 2 graham cracker pie crust

Heat 8 ounce chocolate and 1/4 cup milk over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Set off to cool. Mix thoroughly 6 to 8 ounce cream cheese softened with 4 tablespoons sugar. Add 5/10 cup of milk (almost 1/2 cup) the rest after using 1/4 cup, add chocolate and thoroughly mix in 16 ounce whipped topping. Put into two graham cracker (or chocolate) pie crust. Freeze. Take out 1/2 hour before serving. Makes 2.
