This salad is made from banana blossom.
- 1 large puso ng saging banana heart (peeled, cored, boiled, julienne and drained)
- 1 big red onion (sliced into rings)
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (freshly grounded)
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup coconut cream
1. In a wooden or crystal bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
2. Serve freshly made or chilled.
