  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Spray a 10 x 15 x 1-inch pan with non-stick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine Sugar, eggs, oil and prune puree.
  4. Add pumpkin and mix thoroughly. Combine flours and spices and stir into pumpkin mixture.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until tester comes out clean from middle of pan.
  7. Cool well before icing with Cream frosting

Cream frosting Edit

  1. Combine all ingredients except soynuts.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Frost pumpkin bars.
  4. Sprinkle with soynuts.
