  1. Chop cauliflower very small.
  2. Steam until soft.
  3. Mix together all other ingredients in a large soup kettle.
  4. Add cauliflower to soup.
  5. Heat until bubbly.
  6. The longer you leave it sit before serving, the thicker and better it will be!
