- 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin, chilled
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk, chilled
- 1 cup (8 oz container) vanilla low fat yogurt
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- whipped cream / topping
- Combine all ingredients except whipped topping.
- Blend well.
- Top with whipped topping and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
