  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray or use paper liners.
  3. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
  4. Add eggs, oil, and pumpkin.
  5. Gently stir in raisins and walnuts.
  6. Stir until smooth, but do not beat.
  7. Fill muffin cups half full.
  8. Bake at 400°F about 20 minutes.
