Pumpkin Cheese Pie
Pastry for one crust pie 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz) 3/4 cup sugar 2 T. flour 1 t. ground cinnamon 1/4 t. ground nutmeg 1/4 t. ground ginger 1 t. grated lemon peel 1 t. grated orange peel 1/4 t. vanilla 3 eggs 1 can pumpkin (16 oz) Sour cream topping (recipe follows)
Heat oven to 350. Prepare pastry or use store bought. Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour in large bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients except topping. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Pour into pastry lined pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Immediately spread with topping. Cool. refrigerate at least 4 hours Sour Cream Topping: Mix 3/4 cup sour cream, 1 T. sugar and 1/4 t. vanilla. Source: My Old Recipes
