- 1 lb. boneless Pork chops
- 1 jar (17.5 oz.) Pace® Enchilada Sauce
- 8 Pepperidge Farm® Sesame Sandwich Rolls
- shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cook Pork chops in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 10 minutes. or until browned.
Add enchilada sauce.
Heat to a boil.
Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes. or until chops are fork-tender.
Remove Pork from skillet and cool slightly.
Pull Pork into shreds using two forks.
Return Pork to skillet.
Serve on rolls.
Top with Cheese and coleslaw.
