- 1 honey dew melon
- ¼ thinly sliced prosciutto
Directions[]
- Slice melon in half and take out the seeds and membrane.
- Then slice into 6-8 thick wedges per half melon.
- Place slices of prosciutto on top of melon wedges and set with a toothpick.
- Serve on a large platter.
