• 10 x cactus fruits, ripe & peeled
• 1 gal milk

1. The seeds of the fruit can be left in or removed.
2. Mix the mashed fruit and the milk together in an ice-cream maker, electric or hand-cranked.
3. Freeze the mixture according to the directions on your ice cream maker.
