Pralines �n� Cream Makes 1 1/4 cups
1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. margarine 1 t. vanilla 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1/ c. chopped pecans Ice cream In a 1-quart saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup and margarine. Cover over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and vanilla. Serve over ice cream.
