Praline Fans

1/2 cup sugar 2 t. finely chopped walnuts

Sprinkle sugar in a small cast iron skillet. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until sugar melts and turns golden brown. Remove from heat; let cool 1 minute. Drizzle sugar by teaspoonfuls in a fan shaped design onto an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with walnuts. Let cool completely. Carefully peel off foil.
