1 Bake potatoes, one per person, split and fluff with fork. 2 Each person can select his or her own topping. 3 TOPPING VARIATIONS:- Combine lowfat cottage cheese, chopped green and red bell peppers and sliced green onions. 4 - Kabobs of grilled meat or poultry and vegetables of your choice. 5 - Combine plain lowfat yogurt, minced Onion and parsley, white wine vinegar and a dash of paprika.
