Potato Bake
4 baking potatoes 1/2 cup melted butter salt and pepper to taste Parmesan cheese
Peel potatoes and slice very thin. Put potatoes in a shallow baking dish. Pour butter over potatoes, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until tender. 4 servings.
