Portuguese Marinade Recipe For Pork Or Beef

  • 1 cup of red or white wine( more if you like )
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic ( again more if you want)
  • 1 teaspoon of dry crushed red pepper( you may want more of this also)
  • 1 can of beer ( you will need this the next day )
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Put the meat of choice in a dish or bowl.
  2. Mix all above ingredients and pour over the meat.
  3. Marinate for a day.
  4. Pour the beer over all and marinate at least 4 hours more.
