  1. Sauté Onion and celery in a pat of butter. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. In a separate pan:
  3. Put a 1/4 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of flour.
  4. Melt the butter and stir in the flour until thick.
  5. Add a cup of milk and a cup of 1/2&1/2.
  6. Mix this with the other ingredients and cook 20 minutes.
