  • Makes 150 slices.
  • Must prepare ahead of time, can freeze.

  1. Mix all ingredients except pork to make marinade.
  2. Marinate pork tenderloin at least 3 hours, better if longer.
  3. Turn once or twice during marinating time.
  4. Drain marinade and reserve.
  5. Bake tenderloins one hour at 375 °F.
  6. Cool and slice thinly.
  7. Put slices back in reserved marinade.
  8. May freeze at this point or heat for serving.
  9. Serve with party rye bread.
