  1. Marinate pork slices in egg white mixture 1 hour.
  2. Stir-fry pork, ginger and garlic in oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Remove from pan.
  4. Stir-fry zucchini, red pepper and almonds in oil a few minutes over medium-high heat.
  5. Add reserved pork, sherry, soy sauce and cornstarch to vegetables.
  6. Serve stir-fry over pork.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
