  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, Pork loin chops, cut into 1/4-inch thick strips*
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 16-ounce jar prepared sweet and sour sauce with vegetables
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions Edit

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Sprinkle Pork with salt and pepper. Add Pork to skillet. Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until browned. Reduce heat to medium; add sauce, simmer 5 minutes until mixture is bubbly. Serve over rice.
