Pork Chops With Vegetables

  1. Brown 2 Pork chops in 1 Tbs. melted butter.
  2. Add 1/2 cup sliced carrots, 1/2 cup sliced green beans, 1 cup diced potatoes, 1/4 tsp. basil and 2 envelopes of powdered cream of Mushroom soup.
  3. Blend with 2/3 cup water.
  4. Simmer covered for 45 minutes.
  5. Serve with wild rice (may simmer rice with chops).
